CEO Dag Kroslid announced as winner of the European Quality Leader award
As a quality focused leader for NorDan, Kroslid has managed sustainable change processes leading to new innovations with significant results for the window and door manufacturer.
Kroslid received the award during the Quality & Risk Norway’s annual convention where he was one of the keynote speakers. The European Quality Leader award is the European Organization for Quality’s (EOQ) recognition of individuals who have succeeded in guiding their organization to success through change and quality improvement processes.
A recognition of teamwork
Kroslid was nominated for his improvements through several years of leadership in both NorDan and other companies. His strategic improvement-oriented leadership in companies such as NorDan Sweden and the parent NorDan Group has proven particularly fruitful, receiving wide recognition both in Scandinavia and internationally.
“A key to high levels of quality is customer focus and involving the entire organization. At NorDan we have also successfully combined our strong developments in Sustainability and Digitalization with our Quality Management approach. High-quality sustainable products with relevant digital information have never been more important than today. I consider this award also as a recognition of the strong teamwork in the organisations I have been part of through the years”, said Kroslid.
European acknowledgement
The award was presented to Kroslid by EOQ president Torolf Paulshus after having received his nomination from the “Svenska Förbundet för Kvalitet”. The European Quality Leader Award recognizes outstanding individuals who devote their time, energy and knowledge by sharing their beliefs for the benefit of the European Society.
