Act

The Transparency Act (NTA) was enacted by the Norwegian Parliament on 10 June 2022. The purpose of the NTA is to promote respect for basic human rights and decent working conditions in connection with the production of goods and provision of services, and to ensure the general public access to information regarding how enterprises address adverse impacts on fundamental human rights and working conditions.

NorDan Gruppen AS revises and publishes the account of due diligence annually. The most current account will always be available at this web page. For questions related to the NTA, sustainability, human rights etc. interested parties are asked to send an e-mail to firmapost@nordan.no.
